For example, Attorney Kirifides discussed the case of an innocent worker who was injured in a warehouse due to “horseplay.” That worker was the victim of a practical joke. Although his employer initially denied his claim, we secured his workers’ comp benefits on appeal in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
